VPM is a wonderful management company! My husband and I have NO worries with our property in Columbia since they take care of everything. There was a hot water tank leak at the end of last year and they stepped right in and took care of everything. The tenant was happy and we never had to get involved. Super service! We have another property on SC that is managed and there is NO comparison. VPM is more affordable and they take care of HOA and other annoying routine payments....not so with our other property - which costs more and does less for us! We are so glad that we found VPM! They really CARE!

Hired these guys to run a townhouse, now for about 1 year. As landlord, I find them super responsive to my requests and tenant needs. Tenant issues get raised and resolved quickly and efficiently. On the flip side, I built a safety margin into the budget to handle unexpected costs (appliance replacements etc). All I needed was a team ready to execute, and VPM has done that admirably. Also relied on them to cull candidates. I have the asset but not the time to run a side business. VPM runs the business side in keeping with a mutual understanding of asset risk, response to tenant needs, and I find they have maximized my time for other efforts. Well done, VPM! Strongly recommend, and landlords, wherever you go, spend much time up front getting to know your property managers. VPM made everything easy for me and have been well worth the management fee.

As far as property management companies go, from the tenant's perspective, this is definitely the best company I have dealt with so far. They actually go out of their way to make sure all parties are happy and are very attentive and responsive. Hannah is very helpful and makes the whole interaction more personable and less corporate, which is a huge advantage in dealing with a local business rather than a huge conglomerate.
