What does it cost? Our Full Service Rental/Rental Management program consists of two fees:
All advertising & related expenses to obtain a qualified tenant: 80% of the first full month’s rent.
Full Service ongoing management: 8% of the monthly rent.
We do ask that our property owners place $350.00 in a maintenance reserve fund.
There are NO additional owner charges for items such as: Overseeing routine maintenance & repairs. Handling payments on our owners’ behalf for mortgages, HOA, condo, front foot, home warranties, service contracts, rental licensing, routine inspections, late rent collection procedures, renewing leases to current tenants.

Arrange and oversee all showings and tenant screenings, including Nationwide credit, criminal/civil court and sexual offender background checks.
