What does it cost? Our Full Service Rental/Rental Management program consists of two fees:
1. All advertising & related expenses to obtain a qualified tenant: 80% of the first full month’s rent (Min. $960.00).
2. Full Service ongoing management:8% of the monthly rent.

All net rents are electronically deposited directly to our owners’ bankaccounts on the 8th day of the current month.
Owners are provided with detailed monthly financial reports by way of private Internet portals,along with an end of year summary and tax Form 1099.
